Books and DVDs
The books and DVDs below, all related to the life and works of John Harris, are available from the John Harris Society (subject to availability). Orders should initially be placed with the Treasurer of the JHS by email (jhssociety1820@gmail.com)or letter. Purchasers will then be notified of availability and the total cost including postage and packing. Payment is then by bank transfer or by cheque (Please add £0.42 to cover Bank Charges if paying by cheque), payable to The John Harris Society, and sent to Paul Langford, Durlston, Pennance Lane, Lanner, Redruth, TR16 5TL. After payment has cleared then the items will be despatched. Please note that the prices below do not include postage and packaging. (Purchasers will be notified of P&P charges when ordering)
Created in2004 by Caroline Palmer & Pol Hodge, this DVD was filmed by Leo Phillips, of Cornwall Media Resource, on Carn Brea and at Cornish engines in Pool. Copper and Tin, adapted from a Harris poem by Sue Palmer, was sung by Kontekh Karrek Community. Running time: 6 min 44 sec

The creation of Caroline Palmer, this DVD was filmed locally and takes in various aspects of the poet's lfe. the film won best documentary at Buxton Film Festival in 2011 and was shown at the Cornwall Film Festival in the same year. Running time: 10 min
